We're making it easier for sporting clubs to contact council and access the right support.
An online access point for all sporting club enquiries.
A new option for sporting club enquiries that don’t fit existing request types.
Sporting clubs can continue to submit all existing request types such as maintenance, landowner consent, signage, or graffiti removal etc. using the same process and time frames as before.
You can provide feedback on your experience with the updates we have made to the sporting club enquiry at any time using the link or QR code in the feedback tab below.
To help you request a service or report an issue we have listed most relevant request types all in the one place below, the full list of requests types can be found here. If you can't find a relevant topic, select the 'Sporting Club Enquiry' tab.
For any urgent issues or hazardous situations that could cause harm to people or property please call our Customer Relations Team immediately on 8384 0666 during work hours or 8384 0622 after hours.
Handy tip: If you are a lease holder in a council facility check your lease in the first instance and if your query is maintenance related refer to the lease maintenance schedule for roles and responsibilities.
Before you begin
Have the name and mobile number ready for the person we can contact if we need more informaton.
Use the full name of your sporting club (not abbreviations).
Have the full address and postal address of your sporting club ready.
Have any photographs or documents available and ready to attach to the request.
Make sure you enter your organisations (sporting club) address if you have it, or select the location from the map with any additional information that may assist us.
Once you have finished answering all the questions and adding attachments, click 'Submit'.
Your request number will display on screen.
If you have chosen to be notified of updates you will receive this by email or SMS.
For an enquiry that does not fit any of the existing request types, the new 'Sporting Club Enquiry' allows us to direct your message to the right team quickly. We aim to respond within two business days and keep you informed at every step.
Before you start your enquiry
To make sure we can respond quickly and keep accurate records, please:
Provide the contact name and mobile number of the person we can contact if we need more informaiton.
Use the full name of your sporting club (not abbreviations) in the contact details section. This helps us ensure your enquiry is linked to the right club and that the club receives timely updates.
Have the full address and postal address for the sporting club ready.
Have any photographs or documents available and ready to attach to the enquiry.
All correspondence, such as acknowledgement, update and resolution will be sent to your sporting club primary email address.
Once you have finished answering all the questions, click 'Submit'.
Your enquiry number will display on screen.
The sporting club will receive this number by email.
Your request will be reviewed by our team and assigned for action.
The actioning officer will be in contact with a resolution or next steps and timeline.

A complaint is required in writing.
How do I ensure our club receives City of Onkaparinga emails?
