Clinic bookings
We provide immunisation clinics for our residents, and on behalf of Alexandrina and Marion councils.
Book your Shingles vaccine now
Bookings for the shingles vaccine (Shingrix) is now available at all our clinics.
Shingrix is free for all adults aged ≥65 years, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged ≥50 years and selected groups aged ≥18 years with severe immunocompromise.
This is a 2-dose schedule given 2 months apart.
If you have received the Zostervax in the last 5 years you are currently not eligible.
If unsure on your eligibility, please contact us on 8384 0666.
Refer to Eligibility criteria
Bookings are preferred to ensure vaccine availability. Bookings will be prioritised and if clinic is at capacity, drop-in appointments may be required to book and attend another clinic of their convenience.
When completing the online booking form, the appointment must be made in the name of the person being vaccinated and not the caregiver.
IMPORTANT: If your child has missed multiple scheduled vaccinations, a catch-up plan may need to be developed in advance. Please contact the immunisation team prior to booking an appointment on (08) 8384 0666 or immunisation@onkaparinga.sa.gov.au
