These meetings are open to the public. 

All meeting details including times, dates, agendas and minutes are below.

Meeting agendas are available to the public three clear days before each meeting.

Some matters, due to their nature, may be closed to the public and considered in confidence by resolution of Council in accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Act 1999.

Public attendance

Venue capacity

The public gallery seats up to 35 people. Once this limit is reached, access to the building will be closed to the public.

Register your interest

Registering helps us manage attendance numbers and make arrangements for those wishing to observe a specific agenda item, such as a deputation or report. Please note that registering does not guarantee entry if the gallery reaches its capacity of 35 people.

Sign in on arrival

When you arrive, you will be asked to sign in. You will need to provide your name, phone number and have your photo taken.

Meeting recordings

All public Ordinary Council and Special Council meetings held in the Council Chamber at Ramsay Place, Noarlunga Centre are recorded and made available to the public approximately 48 hours after the meeting. Confidential items will not be recorded.

Duration

Council meetings are held in the evening and may run late. Finish times will vary, so please plan accordingly.
