Paying your rates online or via BPAY

Ratepayers were advised in June 2024 that Council introduced new BPAY and BPOINT biller codes. From 1 August 2026, the previous biller codes will be permanently discontinued and will no longer accept payments.

If you set up a BPAY payment schedule before June 2024, or have Council's payment details saved in your online banking, you will need to delete the old details and create a new payment schedule using the updated biller code.

The current biller codes for rates payments are:

  • BPAY Biller Code: 421503 (Rates)
  • BPOINT Biller Code: 421504 (Rates)

Please refer to the back of your Annual Rates Notice for payment details and your unique customer reference number.
