Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act Notified Developments

Some lodged development applications need public notification as part of their assessment process.  The Planning and Design Code outlines classes of development that are excluded from notification via Table 5 of the zone relevant to the development site.  Development applications that do not fall within a class of development listed within the table will trigger public notification.

Public notification enables neighbours and other interested parties have a say about a development before a decision is made.

Notified development applications are available for viewing for 15 business days during the assessment period via the PlanSA website - https://plan.sa.gov.au/have_your_say/notified_developments/current_notified_developments

The above website is also where you can submit a representation for any of the notified development applications.

To understand what you should include in your submission, please read the PlanSA guide on how to have your say.
