Digital Help

We provide dedicated 30-minute appointments for people who need help in using their digital devices. We can help you become more confident using your device so that you are able to take advantage of being connected and online.

We can provide help with:

  • Smart phones, tablets, laptops and computers
  • Android, Apple and Windows operating systems
  • Downloading and navigating apps
  • Getting started online and navigating websites
  • Email, messaging and video calling
  • Avoiding scams and staying safe online
  • Navigating government and some business websites

We can't provide help with:

  • Virus investigation and removal
  • Hardware issues or installation of operating systems
  • Online banking or money transfers
  • Typing up resumes or completing online forms for you

All bookings are done by phone so please contact your local library to book a 30-minute appointment at the following times.
