Attending this workshop provides the tools to make movement fun, flexible, and rewarding. Discover how to: use short activity bursts throughout the day, try simple balance and strength exercises at home, explore dance and interactive gaming for physical and cognitive benefits, and integrate movement with daily routines.

The strategies are backed by up-to-date research and designed to suit all levels of ability, help maintain independence, improve energy, and enjoy movement every day
