Glass such as drinking glasses, window, mirror or heat-proof cooking glass cannot be recycled because they heat at a different level to regular glass bottles and jars. This difference causes a weakness in the recycled glass and even a small amount can contaminate a whole smelt of recycled glass.

Book a hard waste collection

All pieces must be rolled up and bound. No longer than 1.5m in length and rolled up to a maximum 30cm in diameter.
Ensure the foam is covered in wet weather so it doesn't become wet and unmanageable.
