The reporter asked if the incoming CEO would receive any entitlement for relocation costs.

RESPONSE

Consistent with standard practice for senior management appointments, Council has approved relocation assistance capped at $20,000, with no entitlement to the full amount if costs are lower.

As Ms Mason will not relocate until the new year, final costs are not yet known.
