Healthy Active Lifestyles Onkaparinga (HALO) program assists the community to take part in sport and recreation and to lead healthy lifestyles.

HALO achieves this through a combination of direct delivery, industry and internal partnerships, marketing and funding support.

OUTFIT Onkaparinga

FREE group exercise sessions with a personal trainer, providing an introduction on how to exercise outdoors safely and effectively

Momentum Street Sessions

Momentum Street Sessions are free pop-up sport and recreation sessions for young people aged 12–15. Held at different locations each month, these sessions offer a range of activities such as boxing, skateboarding, soccer and other games in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
No experience is needed — just come hang out, get active and give something new a shot.

Ride Her Way Program

Through Beginner Workshops, Community Rides, and Bike Maintenance Sessions, women can build confidence and skills in a safe, supportive environment — perfect for beginners!

Parkrun, a weekly 5km timed community group run or walk. Co-ordinated by volunteers, it's open to everyone and is FREE to participate.
