OUTFIT is back outside for spring in Term 4 2025.
If you enjoy exercising in a group in a welcoming environment, then this could be for you!
Join our FREE group exercise sessions with a personal trainer at various times and locations. Learn to exercise safely and effectively. All sessions provide alternative exercises making them accessible to all fitness levels and suitable for adults of all ages.
This is a great opportunity to improve your fitness and meet new people!
Bring a towel, water and wear appropriate shoes and clothing.
TERM 4 open for bookings
Term 4 2025 starts 13 October through to 12 December 2025
- Monday 8am – Niipu-niipu Wama, Morton Road, Christie Downs (Personal Trainer Charlotte)
- Tuesday 9.30am – Nashwauk Crescent reserve, Moana (Personal Trainer Brooke)
While we have been pleased to offer 5 locations previously, due to personal trainer unavailability, we can only offer 2 session times in Term 4 2025.

The booking system for OUTFIT Onkaparinga is Xplor. You will be required to register with Xplor to attend OUTFIT sessions.
Bookings are essential and can be made three weeks in advance.

PLEASE NOTE: To ensure the safety of our community, OUTFIT Onkaparinga sessions will be cancelled when the Adelaide Metropolitan area is forecasted 36 degrees or greater at the time of the session as detailed by the Bureau of Meteorology (Adelaide Detailed Forecast - Bureau of Meteorology). When the South Australian State Emergency Service (SES) issues a heatwave warning for the Onkaparinga district (https://www.ses.sa.gov.au/incidents-and-warnings/heatwave-forecast/), staff will give consideration to the forecast temperature and make a decision regarding sessions. Please regularly check this web page for updates.
