Purple Fuzzweed

Leaves and stems are covered with woolly white hairs, hence the common name. This small perennial shrub produces many purple flowers throughout the year. Each plant produces masses of seeds and will readily regenerate in the right conditions. A common species found in coastal, woodland and grassland habitats
