Attractive tassel shaped seed heads form on this bright green, dense plant that tolerates inundation and seasonally damp areas like creeks, ponds or raingardens. Useful for erosion control and biofiltration. Can be cut back annually to remove old foliage.
Refuge and habitat for reptiles, frogs, small birds and small mammals. Birds eat seeds.
