We intend on publishing an article about the recently announced resignation ofOnkaparinga council CEO Phu Nguyen, as per media release issued by the council on Friday. Is the resignation ofOnkaparinga Council's Phu Nguyen, directly or indirectly, related to the council's decision to allow Mayor Moira Were to travel to Brazil for the conference.
