Logging in

Your login credentials are the email address that was used to register for services with the City of Onkaparinga. Use this email address and not your username.

If you are unable to login with the email address you feel is linked to your account, then contact the City of Onkaparinga.

Resetting password

On selecting reset password, if your email address exists in the system, you will be sent instructions for resetting your password. If however the email address does not exist register for access via the City of Onkaparinga web page for conveyancers.

Browser

When accessing the Portal, for the best user experience we recommend that Conveyancers use either Microsoft Edge, or Google Chrome. 

Bookmarked portal

If you have previously bookmarked the City of Onkaparinga Conveyancers page, you will need to update this bookmark to the new portal page.

Email

Our CIA Online Certificate Request Portal only permits a single user (email) per company.

If you wish to update your email account details, please complete and submit the following online request.

Update your email address

My lodged applications

In the future Conveyancers will have a page available to them called My Lodged Applications. We understand that this page will appear as a tile available to Conveyancers after they have logged in. Currently this feature needs to be configured so that it is accessible.

While we wait for this to be developed, users can bookmark the My Lodged Applications page. It will load then ask for a login, once people have logged in, the page reopens to that specific page. If you have this page and the lodgement page open at the same time, you will need to hit the ‘refresh’ icon to bring in any latest applications that might have been processed.

Status of applications and meaning

The following list gives meaning to the different status’ seen when looking at My Lodged Applications.

  • Application Lodged – newly lodged.
  • Under Assessment – Officer working on file.
  • Completed – with Team Leader for review.
  • With Rates\Customer Service – for Section 187 generation
  • Issued – finalised and Conveyancer should be in receipt of the Certificate.

+ Find Applicant option missing

If you have progressed through your request to the point that you need to add yourself (Conveyancer) as the Applicant but notice the +Find Applicant button missing, please contact the City of Onkaparinga. This is a technical issue that the IT team will need to resolve.
