The following documents will need to be uploaded with your application:

  • Evidence of a minimum of $20,000,000 Public Liability Insurance
  • Site map (clearly indicating property boundaries and area of proposed activity)
  • A copy of the Department of Environment, Water and Natural Resources 'Permit to collect native plant materials' where applicable.
