We always adhere to strict hygiene practices, however during this time we have increased our hand hygiene, cleaning practices and have implemented extra strategies to achieve physical distancing as far as is practical.

The school immunisation program is also provided by the City of Onkaparinga to the schools within Alexandrina Council. The schools that will be serviced are:

- Tyndale Christian College (formerly Murraylands) – Strathalbyn

The City of Marion runs "NARI" clinics which provide immunisation for people who are refugees or who are newly arrived to Australia.
The clinics are held once per month at the Mitchell Park Neighbourhood Centre, providing a great link to our neighbourhood centres with people who are new to our community. Bookings are by referral. Interpreters can be arranged for people accessing the clinics.
Mitchell Park Neighbourhood Centre is located at 1 Cumbria Court, Mitchell Park.

We provide a fee-for service immunisation program for adults and non-Medicare card holders. Please note you do not have to order a vaccine if you or your child are eligible for free vaccinations as per the National Immunisation Schedule. Free whooping cough (pertussis) vaccines are available for pregnant women from 20 weeks at our clinics.
All fee-for-service vaccines MUST be pre-ordered. Please allow 2 weeks to ensure the vaccine is in stock. To order an adult or non-scheduled vaccination please complete the order form below.
Once you have completed and submitted the order form, a member of our immunisation team will be in contact with you to confirm the requested vaccine is available and the date to attend the clinic.

We provide all childhood vaccinations specified on the National Immunisation Program (including catch-up vaccines).
Vaccination is free to children eligible for Medicare benefits.
A parent or legal guardian must consent and be present for a child’s vaccination. Note: Grandparents/family members cannot provide consent unless they are a court-appointed guardian.
Please bring your child’s Medicare card and immunisation records (blue book) if you have them.

We provide the following vaccinations for Year 8, 10 and 11 students:
- Year 8 – Diphtheria, Tetanus and Whooping cough (Pertussis) and Human Papilloma Virus
- Year 10 – Meningococcal B and Meningococcal ACWY
For students who are absent on vaccination day, a letter/email will be sent to their parents/guardians to notify them of their child’s absence. These students may then attend any of our regular clinics with their parents/guardians in order to receive the missed vaccination at no charge.
