Reynella transport heritage walk- hosted by Onkaparinga Libraries

Please meet at Reynella Neighbourhood Centre from 10:15am, conrner of Old South Road and Reynell Road. The walk will commence at 10:30am. Please note all participants will be required to sign an indemnity form before commencing the walk.

Learn how early transport shaped the region’s development and connected local communities. Along the way, your guide will share stories of how travellers, goods, mail, and produce once moved through this busy corridor.

Walking tour is approximately 3km in distance with some uphill sections. A good level of physical fitness will be required.

For the safety and comfort of all participants, we ask that pets please stay at home. Guide dogs and assistance dogs are welcome.

Please dress for the weather, wear suitable walking shoes, bring a drink bottle and any relevant medications (i.e. epipen, asthma puffer etc.). You may also wish to bring an umbrella or rain jacket. In cases of severe weather forcasted, for safety reasons the walk will be postponed.
