Council

Members of the public are welcome to attend Council and Council Committee meetings. We encourage an interest in local issues and appreciate it when community members take the time to attend. All meeting details including times, dates, agendas and minutes are below.

Public attendance

• All members of the public who attend Council or committee meetings are required to electronically sign in using the on-site device which includes having their photo taken.
• The Chamber public gallery capacity is 35 people. Once this limit is reached access to the building will be closed to the public. All attendees are required to sign in and out, providing their name and telephone number.
• Vision of persons present in the Gallery will be captured in the recording of meetings.
