Healthy Habits @ WAVE

Create positive change through practical strategies that support healthier daily habits and routines. This interactive 2-session workshop explores the building blocks of lasting habits, including goal setting, motivation, overcoming procrastination, and creating routines that work for your lifestyle. In the second session, participants reconnect to reflect on their progress, celebrate successes, troubleshoot challenges, and strengthen the healthy habits they've started building.
