Noarlunga Recreation Centre – Conditions of Entry
By entering the Noarlunga Recreation Centre, all visitors agree to the following conditions to ensure a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all:
- Visitors must follow all reasonable directions given by Centre staff at all times.
- Entry to the Centre may be refused or revoked at the discretion of management.
- Abusive, disruptive, or offensive behaviour or language will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the Centre.
- All children under 10 years of age must be actively supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
- Appropriate, non-marking footwear must be worn on all courts and activity areas.
- The Centre is a smoke-free facility. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside or around the Centre.
- Entry will be refused to anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
- Weapons, scooters, skateboards, bikes, and other hazardous items are not permitted within the facility.
- The use of cameras, video cameras and mobile phones for photography or filming within the Centre is permitted only under strict conditions. The privacy of others must be respected at all times. You must have consent from all identifiable individuals before capturing or sharing images. Cameras or recording devices are strictly prohibited in all change room areas. It is illegal to publish or broadcast any images or footage without appropriate consent.
- Emergency exits are to be used only in case of an emergency.
- Anyone attempting to gain access to the Centre or its facilities without a valid booking or authorisation may be asked to leave and refused future entry.
- The Centre takes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings. Please keep valuables secure.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Centre shall not be liable or responsible to you for any direct, indirect or consequential injury, loss or damage; and shall not be responsible for lost or stolen items, or damage to property or vehicles.
