The Commission seeks to give all South Australians equal access to justice through the legal system, providing free legal information, legal advice and legal education to all.
To those most in need, legal representation is also provided, principally in the areas of criminal law and family law, including child support and child protection.

Women's Legal Services (SA) & InDIGO Program:
Women’s Legal Services (SA) provides free legal advice and representation to women in South Australia.
The Indigo program specifically works with women who have or are experiencing family and domestic violence in the southern suburbs of Adelaide. Providing legal advice and support services with an experienced team of Lawyers, Family Advocates, Aboriginal Community Worker and Financial Counsellor.
