Moving into Dance

Moving into Dance is a structured, choreographed creative movement class for people with reduced movement and balance or limited mobility.

Two sessions available:

• 10am - 10.45 am
  For people with reduced movement and limited mobility as a result of Parkinson’s, MS or stroke.

• 11am – 12pm
  For people with reduced movement, balance and flexibility.

No classes on public holidays or during school holidays.
