Encroach over a council easement

Step 1.Before you begin

You will need:

• Certificate of Title
• Plans and drawings showing existing and proposed infrastructure/buildings or earthworks
• Photo/s of service pipes showing their location, depth and size within the easement - including any SA Water infrastructure
• Certificate of Currency confirming Public Liability Insurance of a minimum of $20 million.
• Confirmed if Development Approval (DA) is required - contact council's Duty Planner on (08) 8384 0666.
• DA number (if applicable)
• Payment of the Application Processing Fee of $708.00 per application (GST Exempt) - Non-refundable if application is not approved. Payment is made during completing of the application form (Step 2 below) and is required before your application can be submitted.
