Encroach over a council easement

Your application form must be submitted 4 weeks before intended use.

Works must not commence without a permit issued by council.

We try to support all requests, however in some instances the proposed activity may not be deemed appropriate and therefore may not be approved.

Step 1.Before you begin

You will need:

  • Certificate of Title
  • Plans and drawings showing existing and proposed infrastructure/buildings or earthworks
  • Certificate of Currency confirming Public Liability Insurance of a minimum of $20 million.

Your application will be reviewed and an invoice will be sent to you.

Applications won't be assessed until payment has been received.
