Rate notices will be posted to the last known address. It is your responsibility to advise council if your personal details have changed.
This can be done in writing, via email, by calling our customer relations team on 08 8384 0666 or online.
You can receive your rates notices electronically via Ezybill or BPAY View®.
Electronic delivery of rates notices make it easier and more convenient for you to manage your payments, save paper and reduce waste. You'll have your notice accessible on any electronic device and at your fingertips whenever you are ready to pay your rates.
Sign in to your Ezybill.
Once you are registered, the next quarterly rates notice will be delivered via email. After registration, paper notices will no longer be issued via postal delivery. Once you have registered all future rates notices will be available for viewing at any time in the Ezybill portal.
Overdue notices will only be issued to your postal address, so please ensure you keep your details updated with council.
BPAY View® sends your bills and statements straight to the same online bank you use to pay them, you can receive, pay and store your bills in your online bank.
