Jani Baker, Director Community, has stepped into the role of Interim Acting Chief Executive Officer through to 16 February 2026.

Jani will be supported by a strong and cohesive leadership team, and we’re confident she’ll lead with the professionalism and warmth she’s known for.

We also look forward to welcoming Sharon Mason as our new CEO on 16 February.

Sharon was appointed following a robust, independent recruitment process and emerged as the standout candidate from a strong field.
