CEO recruitment process nears completion

The recruitment process for the City of Onkaparinga’s new Chief Executive Officer is well advanced and close to an announcement.

Council has undertaken an extensive search supported by an independent recruitment agency to ensure a thorough, merit-based assessment of all candidates.

This process has included multiple stages of evaluation and interviews to identify the most suitable person to lead our organisation.

To respect the privacy of all applicants and uphold the integrity of the process, confidentiality has been paramount.

This approach ensures fairness for candidates and has been conducted in full compliance with governance and legislative requirements.

Council is committed to appointing a CEO who will provide strong leadership and guide the City of Onkaparinga in delivering the ambitions of Community Vision 2034 — a plan shaped by the voices of more than 5,000 residents.

As soon as the process is finalised we will announce the outcome to the community.
