Want to improve your in-store product displays and boost sales?

Expressions of interest for this exciting retail support opportunity are now open!

We’re inviting local retailers to submit an expression of interest to work one-on-one with a professional merchandiser to identify opportunities within your store that could deliver stronger sales performance.

Only two businesses will be selected for this opportunity, making this a competitive process for retailers ready to actively invest in improving their in-store experience and sales performance.

This practical, hands-on opportunity is designed to help you optimise product presentation, improve customer engagement and unlock untapped sales potential.

What's included

1. Initial in-store consultation (90 minutes)

A qualified merchandiser will visit your store to:

  • Assess your current merchandising and product presentation
  • Identify opportunities for sales growth
  • Develop a tailored merchandising strategy for a selected area of your store.

2. Implementation support (up to 5–6 hours)

The merchandiser will return to your store to:

  • Work alongside you or your team
  • Reorganise and optimise product displays
  • Apply proven merchandising techniques to support improved sales performance.

3. Follow-up review (30 minutes)

Approximately two weeks later, you’ll receive a follow-up consultation via Zoom or phone to:

  • Review progress and outcomes
  • Discuss any changes in sales or customer engagement
  • Receive additional advice and recommendations.

4. Business showcase opportunity

Participating businesses will be showcased during a Merchandising Workshop held during Small Business Week in September, highlighting your store’s merchandising improvements and sharing practical insights with other retailers.

This opportunity is valued at $1,353.00
