How to Adult Healthy Relationships & Consent @ HWCC

Learn about healthy relationships, communication, boundaries, and consent in a safe and supportive environment. This program is delivered by sexologist Jana Gomes from the Legal Services Commission to support young people to build confidence, develop respectful relationship skills, and to better understand consent and personal wellbeing. Through interactive discussion and activities, participants will explore topics including respectful relationships, recognising healthy and unhealthy behaviours, personal values, peer pressure, and strategies for communicating effectively and safely.
