It is a requirement of the South Australian Public Health Act 2011 and Wastewater Regulations 2013 Section 11 (1) that Notification at certain stages during plumbing work are to be given to Council. Please note: A minimum of 24 Hours’ notice is required. Penalties apply for non-compliance with this requirement.
