Existing launch permit holders
Existing Launch Permit holders are eligible for refunds for active days remaining on their permits from 1 November 2025.
Permits purchased through the Pay Stay app have now been refunded directly to the user’s bank card. The refund will show on your account from PayStay South Wharf.
Boat ramp users who have purchased long-term Permits over the counter at Council offices can contact customer service on 08 8384 0666 for information on how to receive their refunds. Customers will be required to provide proof of payment so refunds can be processed.
