Response to Southern Times Messenger.

The 14° South: Enterprise, Community & Cultural Hub would have considerable benefits for southern Adelaide and its growing population, boost the state’s economy and help achieve key state government objectives.

It would revitalise the TAFE SA Noarlunga Campus and Noarlunga Library, secure the long-term future of the Hopgood Theatre, and establish a vibrant enterprise, community and cultural hub in Noarlunga Centre.

It could also inject up to $29 million annually into South Australia’s economy and support around 260 local jobs.

The vision and opportunity is far greater than council can deliver alone. We’re keen to explore all funding options and opportunities from Federal and State Government, to industry partners to make the vision a reality.
