Strength for Life

The Strength for Life program at Noarlunga Recreation Centre supports over 50s to improve their strength, balance, and overall wellbeing in a safe, social and welcoming environment. Run by experienced and qualified instructor Rosemary, classes operate Monday to Friday at 10am in the Centre's fitness room facilities.

Casual visits are $12, or save with a 10-class pass for $96. Tea and coffee facilities are available until 11:30am after each class — perfect for a post-workout chat!

Gentle Pilates

Looking to improve mobility, build strength, and feel more confident in your body? Our Gentle Pilates classes are perfect for beginners and those over 50, offering a supportive environment to improve balance, flexibility, and overall wellbeing — all at a comfortable pace.

Led by experienced instructor Cheryl, each session focuses on controlled movements, breathing, and alignment to help you move with ease and confidence.

When: Thursdays at 9:15 am
