This is such a fantastic initiative for young cricketers in Onkaparinga and it’s really pleasing to see so many partners working together to make it a reality.
The City of Onkaparinga has committed $38,000 towards the cricket nets because we believe shared-use of school sports facilities is a great way to meet growing demand from the community in a financially viable way.
I look forward to watching the hub open and help to foster the next Ellyse Perry or Steve Smith right here in Onkaparinga.
