- Hi all. It is that time of year again when we try to publish all the general rate rises (draft or finalised) around the state. Can you please tell me (draft or finalised) the rate in the dollar for residential rates for 2022/23 and what it was for 2021/2022. Also any minimum rate you have and the quantum, and any way people can pay in installments. Most importantly the average residential rate bill, and how much it will increase from 21/22 to 22/23.

The average residential rate bill in 2021–22 is $1578.62 (excluding Regional Landscape Levy or other charges). We await the declaration from Council for 2022–23.
