Our health club has new state of the art, high performance and functional training equipment to provides all you need for a great work out.

Whether you're doing a weight or cardio session you'll find the right equipment to help improve your fitness and personal goals.

If you want a little extra, one on one personal training is available. Please contact us for further information.

Opening hours are:

Monday to Friday 6am to 8pm
Saturday - 7am to 4pm
Sunday - 9am to 4pm
Public Holidays - 10am to 3pm

Aqua aerobics

Aqua aerobics uses water resistance to improve flexibility and strength without putting too much strain on your joints. Aqua aerobics is a great way to improve your fitness.

A single Aqua aerobics class will be offered and on weekend public holidays, no other classes will be offered.

Aqua

Aqua aerobics uses water resistance to improve flexibility and strength. Aqua aerobics is a great way to improve your overall fitness. Aqua (Deep Water) is a more challenging Aqua aerobics class, as exercises can be carried without your feet touching the ground.

*Wednesday 1.30pm is only provided in school terms.

Group fitness

Group fitness is choreographed exercise to music for all fitness levels. Its a fun way to to get fit and active with a variety of classes.

Bar class
A barbell-based workout that gives you an all over body workout. 

Body Balance - LES MILLS
Inspired by Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates. A holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

BoxFit
BoxFit is a full-body group fitness session with a core focus on boxing. Sessions involve shadow boxing, pad work with a partner and other HIIT style exercises.  

Body Pump - LES MILLS
A weight-based resistance training program that challenges your major muscles groups. It is a barbell-based workout that's specifically designed to help you get toned and fit.

HIIT
A high intensity strength and cardio workout that will work all your major muscle groups and get your heart rate pumping. There are low impact options, so this class is for everyone!

Core/Stretch
A low impact class using body weight, weights and other equipment to strengthen and tone all the muscles that make up your core, followed by full body stretches to complete the workout. 

Pilates
This class lengthens and stretches all the major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion. Floor exercises using a yoga mat employs controlled breathing during body weight resisted movement to build core strength.

*NOTE: Not suitable if pregnant past 12 weeks.  

Yoga
Yoga is a mind and body practice. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation. It involves movement, meditation, and breathing techniques to promote mental and physical well-being. There are several types of yoga and many disciplines within the practice.

55 group fitness

The 55 Group Fitness timetable is specifically for individuals aged 55 years and over.

Strength for Life

Participants engage in a progressive strength training, using appropriate and increasing resistance under the supervision of qualified instructors.   



Strength for Life

Strength for life is COTA SA’s accredited strength and cardio training program designed for the over 50's.

Each hour-long session is supervised by a fully qualified fitness instructor that has specific training for working with over 50’s.

Strength for life participants must undergo an initial health assessment prior to taking part in the S4L program. Following the initial assessment, a personalised program is designed and then carried out by the participant under the supervision and guidance of the instructor.

The initial health assessment is $31.00.

Following the initial health assessment participants can pay in the following ways:

  • $8.40 (per visit)
  • $64.60 (10 Visit pass)
