Construction Resourcing Officer

The Construction Resourcing Officer will be responsible for leading, planning and managing the construction team day labour delivered Capital Works Projects. The Construction Resourcing Officer is responsible for planning and coordination to develop the short- and long-term day labour team’s direction for programming, WHS and quality management systems.

The position is accountable for the effective management of day to day staff, plant, equipment and physical resources for Civil Construction Projects. The Construction Resourcing Officer will have a strong focus on developing new processes and procedures to optimise team productivity to ensure projects are delivered on time, quality and on budget. This role will manage multiple sites across a broad range of Civil Construction projects.

The Construction Resourcing Officer position will be skilled in developing and maintaining professional working relationships, constructive communication and strong cooperation throughout the organisation. This role will need to set clear project outcomes across multiple sites. Maintain strong working relationships within the Construction Leadership Team including the Team Leader Construction, Team Coordinator, Leading Hands and Project Officers is required.
