Full Time contract until 30 June 2021
The Technical Services section of Onkaparinga Council delivers diverse civil engineering design projects for all sections within Council. We are currently seeking to appoint a Civil Engineer to become involved in the design and delivery of a wide range of civil infrastructure projects including roads, drainage and municipal infrastructure. In addition to offering your technical expertise, you will be involved in engaging with internal and external stakeholders and further strengthening the internal operations of our business.
The successful candidate will have experience in the following:
- Detailed design of land infrastructure projects, including the design of roads, intersections, drainage, and public utilities
- Working within a multi-disciplinary design team
- Preparation of concept and detailed design documentation
You will be a qualified Civil Engineer with 3-7 years’ experience and be able to collaborate successfully with internal stakeholders and colleagues to achieve outstanding designs. You will be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and have a passion for developing your skills and working with team members.
