• Wondering if Onkaparinga Council would like to put on the record their reaction to this news [that the Essential Services Commission of South Australia's final determination of the local government advice scheme costs would be $10,000 per annum]? Especially given this is a marked shift from the $154,000 the council quoted last week.

The City of Onkaparinga is pleased with the commission’s final determination of the scheme costs and allocation methodology and believe it to be the most appropriate.

City of Onkaparinga will be in the second tranche of councils to receive advice from ESCOSA as part of the Local Government Advice Scheme and we are hopeful that it will be pragmatic and fit for purpose for our community.
