Boppin' in the 'Burbs

My ultimate adventure would be to travel into space and see the whole Earth from space. I enjoy trying new things and experiences and learning more about everything. My favourite thing about making art is being able to be creative, and putting all my ideas out there. Making art lets me express myself and let my imagination do its thing.

To create your own Adventure

I am curious about the unknown so my ideal adventure would be something mythical, fantasy based, a world right out of Dungeons and Dragons! For me making art is all about creating something from nothing, communicating and expressing myself and storytelling. I love having fun during the process and enjoying the creation afterwards.

My ultimate adventure would be one with dragons, centaurs and other epic creatures. The complexity of how things work makes me curious. Seeing a complex piece of architecture or a complex piece of engineering makes me curious about how those things function. My favourite thing about making art is how unimportant it can be. It doesn’t have to be so deep all of the time and sometimes art can just be a dog in a fancy outfit reading a book.

You are not Unlovable!

My ultimate adventure would be being whisked away into a fantastical world (as many unassuming protagonists have been) but realistically my ultimate adventure would be travelling and encountering a wide variety of art and storytelling. Storytelling and art spark my curiosity as they often combine aspects of creativity, human imagination, social knowledge, history and other forms of information but do so in a way that is unique and individualistic. Art makes me more curious about different perspectives and ideas I may not normally consider and is an adventure of creation and self-expression.

The Beauty of Dance

I would like to illustrate my own books and create artwork shown in galleries all over the world! For the me the best part of making art is the fact that you can use so many different techniques and colours to make art that has meaning and feeling.

Cribbet the Neon Frog

I would love one day to escape to the Galapagos islands! I always want to learn more which keeps me constantly curious. Making art is great because no one can judge you and you can just do anything you want.

The Shepherd Constellation

I’m always curious about all things science therefore my ultimate adventure would be going into space! I love art because in the end it doesn’t matter what it looks like it’s still art!

Violet Disco

I have a love of learning; I believe gaining knowledge and experiencing the beauty of human connection is the adventure of life. I love art and its ability to tell a story and impart those things on people. I have immensely enjoyed the experience of creating this piece of art for SALA which is an expression of memory and emotion through colour.

Different People // Dream the size of space

My ultimate adventure is to create art that makes me happy and to learn. I am always curious about different art forms and how people create mind blowing artworks! Making art is a process and what I love most is the outcome! I'm not always happy with what I create but when I am happy it makes me REALLY happy.
