Move It

Move It is a regional partnership program between the Cities of Marion, Holdfast Bay and Onkaparinga created to help our local communities discover new places, spaces and ways to 'move it', locally.

With funding from the Office for Recreation, Sport and Racing, Move It has now teamed up with Flinders University and Gymnastics SA to offer even more exciting opportunities.

The program features a range of innovative programs and activities in our local parks, reserves, bikeways and spaces.

Many of these places are hidden gems and local natural wonders waiting to be discovered!

Program activities over City of Onkaparinga and Marion and Holdfast Bay areas include:

• Discovery Walks
• Outdoor Fitness
• BoxFit
• Pilates
• KinderGym
• Tai Chi Amongst the Trees
• PT by the Sea
• Mountain Bike Programs
• She Rides - Women's Cycling Course
• Aqua Zumba

Please note: Not all activities may be offered in City of Onkaparinga.
