Reconciliation in the South - Expression of interest
We’re inviting schools, community groups, and local organisations to help bring this year’s Reconciliation in the South event to life.
You can get involved by:
- Hosting a stall with a hands-on activity
- Running workshops
- Performing on the day
- Or suggesting another way you’d like to participate.
This is more than just attending – it’s about sharing culture, building understanding, and helping others connect with the spirit of reconciliation.
Everyone is welcome to attend the free community event on Tuesday 27 May from 10am-2pm at Rotary Park, Christies Beach.
Delivered in partnership with Neporendi Aboriginal Forum Incorporated, Neporendi Aboriginal Community Centre staff and volunteers, and the Joining Hands and Minds network, the event is guided by the cultural principles of respect and contribution.
Due to limited space, we’ll be selecting stallholders and performers based on how their involvement reflects these values.
Submit your expression of interest by Tuesday 15 April.
