605 Squadron Australian Air Force Cadets
The Australian Air Force Cadets is a youth development organisation supported by the Royal Australian Air Force. The main aim of the AAFC is to give cadets an insight into life in the RAAF (and the wider Australian Defence Force) and instil a knowledge and interest in aviation in the wider sense.
The AAFC recruits from October to January, with the main intake at the end of January. 605SQN parades on Monday Evenings from 6:30pm to 9:30pm at the Lonsdale Multi User Depot (210 Dyson Rd) during the South Australian School Terms. There are some weekends and school holiday camps. You can enrol the year you turn 13 and age out at the end of the year you turn 18.
