Expressway Arts Curtain Call

Carclew and the City of Onkaparinga are offering the opportunity for older people to participate in a series of free workshops to create music and songs with a creatively driven group of 13-24 year olds.

Responding to the isolation that many people in the community experience and approaching this in a proactive way, Expressway Arts is looking for older people who would love to share their stories, memories and favourite songs with the group to be the inspiration for their song-writing process.

This initiative values young people as co-collaborators and decision makers through design and delivery and aims to build their confidence, connections and skills in acting, writing, devising, directing, filmmaking and more.

When: From Friday 23 July 2021
Time: 4-6.30pm
Where: Arts Centre, Port Noarlunga
Cost: Free

If you would like to get involved and have your voice heard please contact Lisa Elder on 0408 441 686 to register or Tam at tcollins@carclew.org.au for more information. Free transport may be available.
