Update on council recycling collections

City of Onkaparinga’s yellow bin recycling is being collected as per normal schedules, following a fire at the Visy recycling plant in Wingfield last week.

We have a diverse collection of public artworks for you to discover… from large-scale murals to steel sculptural installations and intricate glass work, the public art collection is ready for you to explore.

Storybook Walk

Storybook Walk is a sculpture park and pathway located within Thalassa Park on Windebanks Road, Aberfoyle Park.

Acre Avenue Public Art Commission - Morphett Vale

This public art installation is to support road safety awareness in conjunction with a recent council streetscape upgrade undertaken to improve safety for children attending Morphett Vale Primary School.

Willunga Public Art Trail

Council commissioned Willunga artist, Lucas Robins, to create a unique art trail to compliment the streetscape upgrade in 2017.

Touchstone

Touchstone is located on the Sturt River Linear Trail in Coromandel Valley and comprises of a cluster of sandstone sculptures.

Place of Courage

Place of Courage is a public art project which seeks to commemorate the traumatic impact of family and domestic violence on individuals, families and communities, raising awareness and furthering the dialogue for understanding and change.
