Rateable properties, City of Onkaparinga 1997/8 – 2006/7
In the ten years from 1997/8 to 2006/7 the number of properties for which rates were charged increased by 6,495 (10.4%).
Numerically, the largest increase was in residential properties, which grew by 6,738 (12.6%). The largest percentage increase was in primary production, which grew by almost 40% (627 properties). Not surprisingly, the greatest decrease was in vacant land, which fell by 1,202 allotments (-27.5%).
