Average House Prices

Average house prices in Onkaparinga rose by 118.7% between 2002 and 2009.  The 2009 average house price in Onkaparinga was lower than the adjoining Local Government Area (LGA) of Marion, and higher than the similar 'growth' LGA of Playford.

All areas experienced a drop in the number of properties sold when compared to the previous period, which affected the median house price, with the exception of Playford.
