Average house prices, Onkaparinga, 2001 - 2006

Over 3,000 houses were sold in the City of Onkaparinga in 2006, and the average price was $256,268. The 2006 average house price in Onkaparinga was lower than the adjoining Local Government Areas (LGAs) of Marion, the Adelaide Hills and Tea Tree Gully, and higher than the similar ‘growth’ LGA of Playford.

The highest median house prices in 2006 were in the suburbs of Clarendon ($372,500), Coromandel Valley ($335,000), Flagstaff Hill ($330,000) and Willunga South ($320,000). The largest percentage rises in house prices between 2001 and 2006 were in Noarlunga Downs (128.5%), Port Noarlunga (120.5%) and O’Sullivan Beach (113%).
