Median prices in the City of Onkaparinga
(+$95,000) and South Australia (+$99,000) have continued to
increase during the three year period between 2001 and 2004.
Strong growth in the price was particularly evident in the 2002-2003
period when the median price in the City of Onkaparinga increased
by $37,000 (or almost 25%). The median price for a single unit
