Median house prices by suburb, Onkaparinga 2004 - 2006
There were 799 houses sold in the City of Onkaparinga in the June quarter 2006. Between 2004 and 2006 the largest percentage increases in median(a) house prices were in Flagstaff Hill (23.7%), Coromandel Valley (18%), Old Reynella (17.9%), Seaford (17.4%) and Woodcroft (16.7%).
In the June quarter 2006 there were six suburbs with lower median house prices than in 2004: Mclaren Vale (-11.9%), Sellicks Beach (-11.4%), Willunga (-8.3%), Old Noarlunga (-4.2%), O’Sullivan Beach (-4%) and Port Willunga (-2.9%).
