Development approvals - trends, City of Onkaparinga, 2001 - 2004
There continues to be a slight upward trend in the
number of development approvals, despite quarterly fluctuations.
This trend is due to an increase in the number of other development
approvals over time.
The December 2004 quarter showed an increase in the
number of new dwellings(a) (+72) and other
approvals(b) (+215) since the previous quarter.
